I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, adjustment and transition, grief and loss, chronic and terminal disease.

Other areas of focus include relationship counseling with couples and families, counseling for emotional and behavioral disturbances in adolescents, and parenting support and education.

An emphasis of my work is on assisting individuals, couples, and families in recognizing and addressing not only areas of desired change, but areas of strength, as well. My goal is to facilitate the discovery of insight and understanding to promote human well-being, positive growth and change, and the potential for personal empowerment.
