KELLY ZWICK, MS, LPCC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Biography - "I have always had a thriving interest in helping others reach their health and healing goals... (so) they can overcome any storm within their life."

I have over seven years of experience in the field of counseling and therapy with an emphasis on severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), anxiety, and depression disorders. I also have past experience working as a vocational counselor as well as working with developing a behavioral therapy program in a clinical setting with individuals’ wanting to improve their overall health; specific to weight loss.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use a strengths-based and person-centered approach to assist others in developing and reaching their own health and wellness goals. I encourage spiritual and holistic wellness; physical, emotional, mental, and social.

During my work I have gained an understanding that each person often needs a level of certainty in a world full of uncertainty.

I chose to become a mental health professional because I enjoy seeing an individual discover their inner beauty and strength, develop resiliency, and to recognize that with self-dedication, they can overcome any storm within their life.
