Biography – “I enjoy working with individuals, adults, couples, adolescents, families, and children.”
With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology I enjoy working with individuals, adults, couples, adolescents, families, and children.
I utilize play therapy to help children recover from trauma and abuse as well as for children experiencing anxiety and depression due to life stressors.
I also utilize Filial Therapy to strengthen parent-child relationships and reduce problematic behaviors such as tantrums and physical and verbal aggression.
I frequently work with adults and adolescents experiencing any variety of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, parenting struggles, or family conflict. Currently, I am involved in a series of Somatic Experiencing trainings that focuses on trauma recovery.
