With over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health, I enjoy working with individual adults and couples. Through experience and training, I've come to specialize in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, communication issues, boundaries, self-esteem, infidelity, imposter syndrome, trauma/PTSD, women’s issues, and personality disorders. I also have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing the impact of complex trauma. Another area that I feel passionately about is post-partum depression; I think it's important to increase awareness about it and work with individuals experiencing it.
Utilizing a strengths-based approach to help clients increase their self-esteem and confidence in their own abilities, I will work with them on learning calming and coping skills before addressing trauma.
