Biography – “I am a therapist who helps clients feel empowered and recognize their ability to use strengths to move in the healthy direction they desire.”
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe one of the most important components of the therapeutic setting is the relationship.
I strive to provide a non-judgmental environment where the client can feel comfortable and open to share their story and struggles.
I believe that everyone has the ability and power to help themselves, but we often need a little guidance and skill development to help us along our journey.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, attachment, chemical dependency, and emotional and behavioral disturbances in adolescents and young adults.
I help clients feel empowered and recognize their ability to use strengths to move in the healthy direction they desire. Psychoeducation and skill development along with the use of evidence-based practices are used to assist the individual and their desire for change.
