Tia Heimer"CenterLife is a place that I feel accepted for who I am; supported in my choice and encouraged to keep taking steps towards my goals.  CenterLife has given me a place to call my work home and now that I've found it, I don't want to leave."

Allie Bonyata"Working at CenterLife has helped me to feel excited about doing this work again.  Therapeutic work is complex and agencies are overrun with burnout and compassion fatigue.  Since the heart of CenterLife is built upon compassion and growth, it seamlessly fosters a sense of support for clinicians.  Every day I come to work at CenterLife, I feel excited about the opportunity to do this work here, and am deeply inspired by my team and colleagues."

"Choosing to join CenterLife Counseling has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made.  I have gained so much in my time here; I have gained not only a family here at CenterLife, but also a place where I can come daily, be my true self, and be surrounded by amazing colleagues who share the same values and work ethics as I do."

Nandini Jones"After 3 years in community health therapy and leadership, I started noticing the toll that stress was taking on my own mental and physical health.  What spoke to me about CenterLife was the importance of their organization's positive culture and attitude; we all deserve to work in an environment that is supportive and conducive to who we are and allows us to be ourselves.  Accepting a therapist position with CenterLife has been the best decision I ever made.  There are so many benefits; not only in my work life, but in my home life as well.  My physical health immediately improved once I joined CenterLife.  I have been given the chance to live everyday without anxiety and stress; I have work-life balance that allows me to be in the moment and present with my family and that has been one of the biggest gifts I could have ever received.  And yes, everything you hear about the culture and environment - it's all true!  We all share respect for each other, we all learn from each other, we are able to be vulnerable and authentically ourselves.  We can make mistakes and are supported to resolve those mistakes.  I have never been met with so much support by an admin (front desk) team or experienced such quick responsiveness from a CEO in any other workplace.  I love being a therapist and CenterLife has had a huge and positive impact on my fulfillment."
