Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Biography - "I believe that every person deserves to be seen and understood."
During my time in the mental health field, I’ve found that I enjoy supporting clients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. No matter where you live or who you are, we are all human beings having a human experience. Being a human can be incredibly difficult and overwhelming at times. Having someone who you feel safe to process life’s stressors with, and a safe space to learn new ways to cope and move through stress, can help make life more manageable and significantly more enjoyable.
As an individual and family therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I engage with clients using a client-centered, strength-based approach to therapy and I believe that every person deserves to be seen and understood. I utilize compassion, empowerment, and mindfulness practices within my work.
I have a history of supporting clients with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief and loss, stress, women’s issues, intergenerational trauma, family conflict and eating disorders. I also have an extensive background in working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
I look forward to supporting you in your journey of healing and growth - however that looks for you!
