Biography – “Progress can happen by meeting people where they are at with compassion, collaboration, and creativity in care.“
I enjoy sharing in client’s skill development no matter how big or how small. With over 10 years’ experience in the mental health and special needs worlds, I combine cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based techniques with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to aid in bringing about meaningful change in an individual’s life.
I possess extensive training working with children and adolescents with Autism that function on a variety of levels and have co-occurring diagnoses of ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. My experiences also include helping caregivers through the array of emotions that come with raising a family member that has unique mental and behavioral health needs.
I believe all individuals have the capacity to learn new skills and refine existing skillsets. Progress can happen by meeting people where they are at with compassion, collaboration, and creativity in care.
