My approach in working with clients involves empowering, emotionally focused work. Due to the many years of being a therapist, I know how important a good match and building connection is to the success in a therapy journey. I believe in supporting each client along the path of their own healing journey toward positive transformation, and in doing so, helping clients live a more happy and balanced life.
I can utilize Cognitive Behavioral strategies, mindfulness, yoga and meditation to create a full body healing of the mind and body. Relationships are hard. The struggle is real. Learning some compassion and communcation skills can change the trajectory of your partnership and friendships, helping you feel happier and more fulfilled.
When working with clients I lean towards John Gottman’s work, communication skills, conflict resolution and lots of compassion and empathy for each other.
