I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 23 years of experience walking alongside children, youth, adults, and seniors, as they navigate life’s challenges. Much of my work has focused on supporting families impacted by abuse, trauma, and child-protection involvement, as well as individuals coping with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and family conflict.
My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and relational. I believe that humor, trust, and connection are essential to the healing process. I encourage clients to set their own goals and pace, while offering tools, guidance, and support that meet them where they are. Drawing from a family systems perspective, I provide education and strategies to help clients better understand stress and develop practical ways to cope. I am deeply passionate about helping people recognize their resilience and discover their strengths, even in the midst of difficulty. I welcome people from all backgrounds and strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and open.
My hope is to empower clients as they take steps forward in their healing journey.
