“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung

Finding the right therapeutic relationship is one of the most important elements in the effectiveness of therapy. I believe healing begins with a sense of safety — both in our external environment and within our own nervous system. My practice is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, which helps us understand how the body responds to stress, trauma, and connection. When we feel safe, we can access curiosity, compassion, and lasting change. Once we establish an embodied sense of safety, we can explore challenges together and create pathways toward growth, resilience, and deeper connection. From this foundation, clients can begin to build a life rooted in purpose and meaning.
