“My purpose is to walk life’s path in support of others to help bring hope and healing.”

As a client-centered therapist, your experience, values, and goals will be the focus of our collaborative work. Empathy, understanding, and acceptance are tenets of my care. I hold the firm belief that every person is capable and deserving to heal through empowerment and unconditional support. I am honored to walk this journey with you!

I work with all ages and systems, including children, adolescents, and families alongside of adults, couples, relationships, and groups. My approach equips clients with personal and relational skills aligned with their inherent strengths to achieve resiliency, balance, and growth.

I specialize in parent-child relationships and am trained in Play Therapy for behavioral and trauma treatment with children. Cultivating safety and security through the connective power of play helps empower children to better understand, communicate, and navigate big feelings. Supporting caregivers and families with take-home tools will ensure you are a part of the healing process and allow for the development of healthy attachment.

My passions include providing affirming care with LGBTQIA+ clients and open/non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships. Further focuses include couples work, sex and intimacy, conflict resolution, complex trauma and dissociation, social injustice, neurodivergence, chronic medical conditions, and substance use disorders. I have extensive experience in the metal health field providing co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents and adults at all levels of care as well as work with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, baking, hiking, archery, travel, and making music. My interests include performing arts, sci-fi, poetry, and community. I look forward to getting to know you!
