Tatia Jewell-Schwartz – Your Guide to Honoring Your Journey and Embracing New Possibilities

When we go through life, often times, we just react to what is in front of us. Together we can reflect on all the context that has brought you here and work to rebuild a path forward that is more supportive to where you are at now.

I believe that healing and growth happen when you are able to hear out your deepest self as well as the parts of yourself that you struggle to accept; when you can challenge without judgment; when you can try to hold compassion and acceptance for all of you and all of your loved ones; when you can be curious about yourself and others. Together we can explore your stories and build new ones.

I create a warm and empathic space where you can truly feel heard and understood. By walking together in the past and the present and the systems around us, and finding out what your confident steps forward are, you can be empowered to continue the path of your own healing process. My goal is to work with you to develop healing connections, learn comforting tools, and foster deeper belief in yourself.
