WILSON KUHN, MA

Post Master's Pre-licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Biography - "I believe in every individual's potential for change, joy, and inner peace."

I am a clinically trained mental health therapist who brings honesty, empathy, and understanding to my work with clients. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and humanistic techniques, I address a wide range of concerns, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, family dynamics, academic challenges, acute stress, self-esteem, communication, men's issues, boundaries, and relationships.

I enjoy supporting children and adolescents and specialize in young adults going through life's challenges and changes. With children, I use play therapy techniques to nurture exploration and expression, growing their ability to notice and manage emotions. For adolescents and young adults, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space. Using cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques, I help cultivate healthier thought patterns and build self-esteem, empowering the client as they navigate newfound independence and seek purpose. I believe in every individual's potential for change, joy, and inner peace, and I'm dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey.
